Agents updated (7):
- architect: stack actual (Astro 7, Tailwind v4), páginas, checklist a11y
- code-builder: tokens de diseño reales, componentes existentes/pendientes, WCAG constraints
- designer: paleta real con ratios de contraste, tipografía, layout
- i18n: config Astro, hreflang, páginas con traducción pendiente
- knowledge: ciclos del sitio (DAW/ASIR/DAM/SMR), ontología completa
- orchestrator: páginas reales, navegación, diseño 1a, stack actual
- quality: checklist WCAG 2.2 AA completo

New:
- CHANGELOG.md con historial v0.1.0 y v0.2.0
